What is the difference between you and the Competition?
There are a lot of competitors out there on the web. Which makes it very competitive, and thats good news for you the customer. We offer free shipping on many of our products. Check to see if our competitors do. Above all though we pride ourselves on our customer service, have a look at the testimonials we receive. We only sell quality products.

What is your return policy?
We are confident you will be completely satisfied with your product. If for any reason you would like to return your purchase just let us know. Any defective product can be returned for full refund minus shipping costs. Please contact us within 30 days with any problems or concerns with your purchase. We will issue you a Return Authorization Number and the product will be replaced or refunded depending on the situation. We have high customer service standards, so if you are unhappy in any way please contact us with your concern.

How long does it take to ship?
We ship the product out within 1-3 days, depending on the item. We ship using UPS Ground which generally takes 5-7 days depending on your location. In some cases it takes less time. We can send you the tracking number so you can find out when it will be delivered. We get them out to you as soon as we can because we know your excited to get your Fire Pit.

Do you give discounts for return customers?
TheMagicOfFire.com customers are loyal customers because once you purchase from us you won't settle for anything less. We honour our return customers by giving a them a discount. Please contact us for discount codes for return customers.

Where are you located for local pick-up?
As most of our products are delivered free, and as an Online Business our warehouses are not set up for local pick ups. This helps keep our overheads low, and allows us to offer the best prices to our customers.

Is it safe to order online through the site?
Yes, it is very safe and we have taken numerous steps to protect the privacy of your information. All credit card information is encrypted prior to transmission over a Secure Socket Layer (SSL).

How are shipping costs calculated?
If you want to purchase one of our products that does not offer Free Shippig
The products are shipped directly from our warehouses. Depending on product, the products are shipped either by FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, USPS or common carrier. The shipping costs are primarily based on weight, distance, size of the products and quantity ordered. After you place your order we will email you the shipping cost for your approval. You have the right either to accept or cancel the order at that time. When you accept, the shipping is added to your total that will be charged on your credit card.

Will my order be shipped in full? What will happen if we are not able to fill the order in full?
There is no way for us, to guarantee full shipment on all orders. When you order we let you know how many are in inventory available to ship. If you order more than what are in stock we will ship the partial order and ship the remaining when it is back in stock.

How do I search the catalog?
The menu bars on the right will help you navigate through the site. You will be able to search the products by Category or by Keyword. Our advanced search feature will let you search for a specific product.

What credit cards do you accept?
We accept payment by Paypal, Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. We don't accept COD.

What happens if the product I ordered is out-of-stock?
If the product you ordered is out-of-stock, a refund will be offered or having received a revised delivery date you may choose to proceed with the order.

International Shipping, who pays brokerage, duties and taxes?
We are happy to ship to anywhere that trust worthy shipping companies cover. Please note we are not responsible for brokerage, duties or taxes. You will have to pay these cost in addition to the normal shipping cost.
