Many of our products are shipped from our facilities in Delaware, but to enable us to offer you the largest range of products and the highest stock levels, we have arranged with some manufacturers to ship your purchase directly to you from their warehouses.freeship-copy.jpg

Free Shipping

We believe we are currently the only fire pit website that offers free shipping to the continental US on ALL orders, irrespective of value. ( Many companies offer free shipping, but when you get to the small print you find you need to spend $49 or $99 to qualify )
Expedited orders do not qualify for free shipping.

Handling Times

Irrespective of where your item is being despatched from, it will leave the warehouse within 2 working days of receipt of payment ( not including customised items ), and you will receive the tracking details immediately they become available. Over 90% of our orders in 2015 were dispatched within 1 working day!

Products weighing less than 150 lbs will be shipped by FedEx, UPS, USPS etc. We will select the most appropriate shipper for each individual order.

For most items over 150 pounds our free standard shipping service will be freight, and will include free curb side delivery and lift gate service. When your order is ready to be delivered, the shipping company will contact you to schedule a time to deliver your order - for this reason, it is critical to provide the most relevant phone number at the time of check out. Upon delivery, the driver will take it off the truck but it is your responsibility to bring it onto your property. You will be required to sign for the delivery and inspect the product upon arrival; any damage present upon arrival must be annotated when accepting the delivery, TheMagicOfFire is not liable for damages not annotated on the delivery receipt at time of delivery.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please take pictures of the damage and email them to sales@themagicoffire.com this will help us to take prompt and proper action to rectify the situation.

Expedited Shipping Requests

Expedited shipping is possible on most, but not all items, at the purchasers expense. Please call us on 888 593 8024 before ordering on the website, alternatively email us with the details of your order at sales@themagicoffire.com for an expedited shipping quotation.

International Orders

intership.jpgOrders shipping internationally are not eligible for our free standard shipping. We regularly export products. For orders outside the continual US please contact our sales representatives in order to determine shipping costs.

International orders are not eligible for our standard return policy; returns made internationally will be handled on a case by case basis.
